Tobiage

Mr. Seiichi Takahashi, who was trained at a Chinese restaurant in a famous hotel in Sendai, is managing a Chinese restaurant in Utatsu with his parents and younger sister working alongside him.

Tobiage (meaning “to fly” ) is the name of the restaurant. As karate instructors, Seiichi and his sister Narumi are also teaching karate to children in the community. As” the name implies, the restaurant will “spread its wings and soar!”
