Day 1 ― Cycling
1. Arrive at Shizugawa Station
Welcome to Minamisanriku!
Shizugawa Station is where the JR Bus Rapid Transit stops, as well as Miyakoh Highway Bus from Sendai.
2. Sun Sun Shopping Village
Head across the street diagonally from the crossing by Seven Eleven to Sun Sun Shopping Village.
Restaurants and vendors await if you’re looking for a quick break or light snack before we get started!
3. Lunch
Lunch at a nearby restaurant would be a good choice.

5. Cycling and stroll around Tomarizaki
Enjoy the glittering view of the Kinkasan Island & Enoshima Island and stroll around the shrine of the “god of marine safety”.
4. Check-in at lodge

Day 2 ― Cycling
7. Morning farming
Farming or flower-art on organic farm with local farmer.

Day 3 ― Bus
11. Cycle back to Shizugawa
Cycle back lazily along Highway 45 to Shizugawa District.
12. Forestry experience
Experience preserving the forests of Minamisanriku.
